The Carl Junction Bluegrass festival is fast approaching and Nick Howard, CEO of Carl Junction Chamber of Commerce gives us all the details you need to know for attending the bluegrass festival. The festival will be September the 28th with music starting at 9 am and 20 different food trucks to keep you fed throughout the day.
