This week’s Rescue Buddy is Pepper. Pepper is an approximately one-year-old black Dachshund/Lab mix. She is very active but also takes the time for the snuggles! Pepper is looking for her fur-ever home and is available for adoption at the Joplin Humane Society. September 26th is the 24th annual Fur Ball: Gangsters & Flappers.
